Let alone trying to exercise. I do a bit of exercise in the mornings at home when I’m feeling it, but for the past few days that’s been less than happening. Do you find it impossible to exercise when you’re unwell, or am I just being a wuss and should stick it out anyway?
When I’m sick, all restraint goes out of the window and I’m tucking into hot chocolate, biscuits and all comfort that food can afford. As the adage says, feed a cold and starve a fever. I go with whatever my body’s telling me to do (unless that’s hide under the duvet and refuse to come out for three days. That’s when it gets a bit silly), and if I’m hungry I’ll have water, and then try something to eat.
I’m torn between making chicken noodle soup for dinner, or an autumn vegetable soup for dinner tonight. Either way is soupalicious, but I’m just not sure yet… Which would your vote be for?
